While researching jobs to do while taking a break from the mind-numbing, soul-crushing Chemistry degree I’ve been persuing, I looked to the restaurant industry. There I found a position as a back server at a quite-fancy, fine-dining restaurant, that didn’t seem to mind that I had never worked in the industry, well, ever.
There seems/ed to be a number of blogs out there dedicated to the trials and tribulations of restaurant workers; this is just one more to add to that sea of rants and raves. This time though, it’s through the eyes of a greenie, not a vet.
